Complimentary Suction Cup or Roll Cage Mount For a limited quantity and time, M-World will include a suction cup or roll cage mount free of charge to SmartyCam HD customers. The suction cup mount includes a 3.25" suction cup with an aluminum arm. The roll cage mount includes a U-shaped base which works on bars from 1.0" to 2.1" in diameter plus an aluminum arm. Either option will also include a camera stud (HD) or bullet cam holder (GP HD).
Three Models Available (Applies for both SCHD and SCGPHD) The Standalone Model is designed to by itself record racing videos overlaid with basic technical data, GPS position and lap times. The Advanced Standalone Model adds ECU integration capability to the Standalone Model, allowing advanced data to be visualized onto your videos, for example: RPM Throttle position Brake pressure Gear position Steering angle Oil pressure and temperature Boost pressure There are two ways to connect SmartyCam HD to the ECU, OBD2 or CAN, depending on your vehicle's make and model. Please check AiM's ECU Compatibility page for more details.
Finally, the Integration Model is designed to work in conjunction with a compatible AiM data logger. Through the data logger, advanced data will be transmitted to SmartyCam HD to be added to your HD videos.
